I thoroughly enjoy explaining the buying or selling
process in detail and will stay in close communication with you, to keep
you informed. My clients know they can phone/ text/ email me at any
time and I will be there for them. If you don't get a hold of me or hear
back straight away I am either with another client, at Church/volunteer
activities, or giving my family some of the same quality time I give to
my clients.
I enjoy long-term relationships based upon the trust
built through serving my clients, having learned the true value of
lasting relationships through customer satisfaction when I managed my
own custom Home Building Company (including log and timber frame homes)
for 15 years, before moving to Whidbey Island.
BUYERS: My extensive knowledge about homes works in your
favor as I navigate you through the home buying process. I see past the
color on the walls to the potential of the floor plan, taking into
consideration everything 'under the hood'.
Ultimately the choice is yours, but helping you to see the pros and cons to weigh is my specialty.
SELLERS: My experience comes in handy getting your house ready
for marketing, including the professional photographer which I hire to
photograph your home. I believe strongly in the value of careful market
research which will help you reach the best listing price, to give you
the highest possible value in the least amount of time.

Born in NZ to Kiwi parents, we moved to live in Israel when I was still young. After college and military I met my beautiful wife, Holly, when she came to Israel as a volunteer from the States. We both fell head over heels instantly, and married shortly after. When we came as a family in 2004 to Whidbey Island for the first time (to build my in-laws their home), we both fell in love with this beautiful Island, and chose to come and raise our five children here in this kid-friendly place (two kids in elementary school, two in middle school, and one in high school). In fact you will probably see us around, exploring the outdoors, at Church/volunteering activities, on a sports team, or out running just for the joy of it. Life on Whidbey Island is to be enjoyed!
