Many Eichler homes have been updated and modified over the decades, but if you have ever wondered what Joseph Eichler envisioned for the California Lifestyle in 1960, then come see this home! This is essentially a “preserved” home with almost all original elements still untouched and in fantastic condition. It is almost a piece of history -- what’s old is new and this retro atomic ranch is very hip!
Highly desirable Fairglen neighborhood Atrium model, 1755sf with 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with what is labeled on the architectural drawings as a “Hobby” room -- today it could be an office, den, or workout room.
Mahogany wood paneling throughout -- not a single panel has been painted.
Tongue and groove ceiling never painted and remains in the original “pickling” gray stain, showing the natural wood grain.
Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity cabinets finished in the original Zolatone multi-color spatter.
Formica countertops for the kitchen and baths still look new.The vibrant Fairglen Eichler homeowners have annual block parties, organized garage sale days, and Eichler open house tours.
Offered at $650,000. Come see our Open House 1-5pm Sat/Sun 7/31 and 8/1 -- as an Eichler Enthusiast you will find a treasure.

Since having bought a Willow Glen
Eichler
in 2001, Mark awoke a fascination for mid-century modern design,
architecture,
furniture, and even art or music of the period. Some of the Eichler
projects he and wife Sabrina have undertaken include updating both
bathrooms,
installing new flooring throughout, and completely remodeling their
kitchen into an entertainers delight.
After working with Jerry Ditto (author
and Eichler Homes Realty founder) throughout 2008, it became clear that
Mark was the best qualified and most passionate Eichler enthusiast to
continue driving the Eichler Homes movement into the 21st
century. Mark re-launched www.eichlerhomes.com in January 2009 as a blog, and today it
proudly
attracts nearly 10,000 visitors per month!
Mark has made it a mission to impact
and improve people’s lives through a passion for serving clients far
beyond buying and selling property -- we become their trusted advisors
for all aspects of home ownership. Mark’s devotion to serving
clients to the deepest level possible has centers around his philosophy
of building relationships and building community.
Prior to real estate, Mark previously has held positions over an 18 year high-tech career in engineering, management, sales, and marketing with Palm, Access, and Phoenix Technologies.
